The Grand Raid BCVS is bringing some important new features to the heart of its organization for the 36th edition, which will take place on Saturday, August 22, 2026!
What’s new in 2026
1) Race numbers will be sent directly by post for entries received by 10.08.2026.
2) For late registrations between 11.08.2026 and 21.08.2026, race numbers can be collected from a drop-off point in Sion and Verbier. A race office will be available. Further information will follow.
3) The souvenir prize will be distributed on arrival in Grimentz.
4) The Raidy children’s race, originally organized in Sion, will now take place in the village of Grimentz on Saturday August 22 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. The U13 and U15 categories will continue to run from Vercorin to Grimentz.
5) The Friday day initially organized in Sion will no longer take place.
