8 months with the GRAND RAID BCVS!

You’ve found your 2025 challenge, now it’s time to get to work. And while September 6, 2025 may seem a long way off, never forget that performance can’t be improvised, it has to be built.

In a monthly article, we’ll look at key points and fundamental steps in the preparation of your goal.

Although the idea is not to build a detailed, individualized training program, if reading these mini articles makes you want to do things even better, then a coaching project with a competent trainer could become a reality. To think that this kind of service is reserved exclusively for professional athletes is simply to forget that it’s far more difficult to reconcile training with a 100% job, family life and other daily activities.

Training, nutrition, choice of equipment, preparatory runs, course reconnaissance – these are just some of the topics covered in these capsules. No miracle formulas, but a finger on the key points that deserve special attention and that you need to optimize to put all your chances on your side.

In January, anything goes, but in February we get down to business.
